Ultimately, God has wired you to experience more of Him. In fact, God is tremendously invested in you and has divinely conspired with His created cosmos to "form you in the image of His Son." In this season, GCC desires to participate in God's passion for formation, and we invite you to join us on this adventure!

WHAT

A 9-month high-bar discipleship pathway that seeks to equip Kingdom Disciples to grow in their ability to:

  • Discern God’s story in their story

  • Follow the ways of Jesus

  • Obey the words of Jesus

  • Demonstrate the works of Jesus

HOW

We seek to shape participants through connection, content, coaching, and catalysts. The program will be composed of:

  • In-person huddles comprising no more than 12 people, including three leaders

  • Readings & Assignments

  • Large input gatherings focused on equipping and activation

  • Weekend Retreat

  • Day of Fun & Play

WHEN

We will meet 20 times over the course of the 9 months. Don’t worry! We took holidays into account when we created this schedule.

WHERE

Huddle locations, days, & times are listed below. Exact leaders & addresses will be announced closer to date.

Huddle #1

Alternating locations between NW DC & Alexandria, Virginia

  • Mondays at 7 pm

  • Closest metro stops: Petworth (DC - 1.7 mi away), Van Dorn (VA - 3.6 mi away)

Huddle #2

Central DC

  • Tuesdays at 7 pm

  • Closest metro stops: Judiciary Square (0.2 mi away), Gallery Place (0.3 miles away), and Mt. Vernon Square (0.4 miles away)

Huddle #3

Alternating locations both within PG County, MD

  • Thursdays at 7 pm

  • Closest metro stop: Largo (3 mi away), and Cheverly (1 mi away)

 

WHO

This discipleship pathway has been intentionally designed for those who desire to stretch beyond their comfort zone and experience spiritual growth, individually and in the lives of others. If you are hungry for more and seek an intentional season to grow as a "disciple of the Kingdom of Heaven"; this invitation is for you!

 

COST BREAKDOWN

Total Cost will be $399. College Student Price: $200

If cost is prohibitive, there are scholarships available upon request & review. Additionally, there is an opportunity to also sow into the scholarship fund!
